Therefore, this psychotherapist and client relationship is built on trust, safety, privacy and confidentiality. All sessions and paperwork will be confidential.  Without your consent, information cannot be discussed with anyone, with the exception if you are at risk of harming yourself or others and in circumstances of child, elder and dependent adult abuse.

An Authorization To Disclose Information Form is required if you wish to give another provider access to information discussed.
