RATES - Please contact me to discuss, as rates may vary according to services provided. Consideration is given to clients needing a reduced fee.
INSURANCE - I accept most PPO insurance plans. I am currently an in-network provider for Blue Cross, Cigna, Aetna and Employee Assistant Programs. I will be happy to check your insurance benefits to determine your coverage. In case you need to access your out of network coverage, we will discuss the best way to streamline the process for you.
Here are a list of helpful questions to ask when contacting your insurance company:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What insurance company provides my mental health coverage?
- What is my mental health coverage, such as number of sessions covered per year?
- Do I have a deductible and has it been met?
- Do I need to have a pre-authorization before my first appointment to see a provider?
- What is my co-payment for each session?
Cash, personal check or credit cards are accepted for payment.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. Please provide at least 48 hours notice.
